with the registered office at 34th Floor One Canada Square, London, E14 5AA.
It is a wholly owned subsidiary of SIX Swiss Exchange.
SWX Europe is a Recognised Investment Exchange supervised by the
Financial Services Authority.
This Privacy Policy covers the collection of information by SWX Europe both
directly and on visiting or using www.swxeurope.com ("the website"). This
policy describes how the personal information that is collected is used,
safeguarded and shared, where applicable.

changes will be posted on this page and SWX Europe therefore recommends

processed in accordance with the Act. All personal information is held
securely and only kept for SWX Europes legitimate purposes and only for as
long as is deemed necessary for the provision of services or products to

to SWX Europe.
In order to fulfil regulatory responsibilities, calls to SWX Europe are recorded
